Craig is a third generation realtor who brings his extensive knowledge of the housing market to the Memphis area. As a full time realtor, he is passionate about helping clients through the entire process of buying and selling homes. Craig brings to his profession a friendly and teaching spirit, and he maintains a relaxed, yet professional manner. He strives to be your realtor for life, helping you with your real estate needs both before and after a transaction.
Craig serves as both a listing agent and a buyer’s broker. He offers a full spectrum of real estate services to his clients at each stage of the real estate transaction. His skills and services will help guide you through the current, complex, market.
Craig received his real estate license in 2006 and earned his Broker’s license is 2017. In 2007 he received the “Rookie of the Year” award in his office of 120 plus agents and in 2010 became a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club. He is the son of 35 plus year, real estate, veteran Mary Jean Smith, who is the current owner and Managing Broker of Banyan Tree Realtors.
Craig is a graduate of Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis and the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. He is the sixth child of 10 children and enjoys his time with his family including his 28 nieces and nephews, most of which live in the Memphis suburb of Collierville. He also enjoys an amazing church family as an active member of Trinity Church (PCA), a new church plant in Collierville. When Craig is not selling houses, he can often be seen on one of the many tennis courts around Shelby County. He is an avid tennis player who has on several occasions reached the State Playoffs and once the State Championships in the USTA community tennis leagues.
